Who we are

How to request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge. There are two ways:

  1. By WhatsApp. Reply DELETE to the Syncron-operated WhatsApp number you were messaging. We will treat this as a deletion request for that conversation.
  2. By email. Send a request to admin@syncronhq.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, and include the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us so we can locate your records.

What gets deleted

On a verified request we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. If we need more information to identify your records, we will contact you at the number or email you used.

What we may retain

We may retain a minimal record where we are legally required to do so, or to keep your number on a suppression list so that you are not contacted again. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for that purpose and is not used for any other reason.

Data held by the agency

Syncron processes lead data on behalf of the real estate agency you contacted. That agency is a separate business and may hold its own copy of your details. We will pass your deletion request on to the relevant agency, but you may also wish to contact them directly.
