On behalf of our agency clients, we process lead information shared in WhatsApp conversations: name, phone number, conversation content, and property-related qualification answers (such as budget, area, and timeline).
Solely to qualify and route property leads on behalf of the agency the lead contacted. Marketing follow-ups are sent only with the lead's explicit opt-in consent.
Data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure. Each agency's data is strictly isolated and is never shared with, or visible to, any other agency.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact admin@syncronhq.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
