On behalf of our agency clients, we process the information you share in a WhatsApp conversation: your WhatsApp number, the name on your WhatsApp profile, the conversation itself, and the answers you give to the assistant's questions (for example area, budget, timeline and bedrooms). We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal data such as health, religious or financial account details. Qualification records are kept for 24 months after your last message, then deleted or anonymised automatically. The agency you contacted may keep its own records under its own policy.
Solely to qualify and route property leads on behalf of the agency the lead contacted. Marketing follow-ups are sent only with the lead's explicit opt-in consent.
Data is stored securely in cloud infrastructure hosted in Singapore, with access limited to the people who need it to operate the service.

Conversations are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) and by an AI language model to generate replies; neither is given your data for any purpose other than handling your enquiry.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email admin@syncronhq.com from the number or address you used with us. We answer within 21 days, as the Act requires, and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
